+ ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a ticket-taking full stack role. You’ll work directly with the founders to move client and internal SaaS products to the next level - stronger architecture, faster execution, and better product decisions grounded in code.

We are not putting a project manager between product context and engineering. We need a senior technical expert who can understand business goals, shape the implementation plan, and still stay hands-on in production code every week.

Most of your work will sit across Node.js services, React frontends, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. You should be comfortable owning database design, scaling decisions, delivery planning, and review quality without losing momentum.

Build and maintain scalable SaaS products end-to-end using Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Design APIs, data models, and database structures that stay reliable as traffic, complexity, and team size grow.

Work directly with the founders to break goals into delivery cycles, define technical milestones, and keep execution moving without heavy process.

Use AI coding workflows to speed up delivery - generate, review, refine, and verify code so the team moves faster without lowering the bar.

Guide junior developers through code reviews, system thinking, debugging, and best practices that improve both quality and speed.

+ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years building production-grade web or SaaS products, with meaningful experience in systems that had to scale.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB across real production workloads.

Deep understanding of database design - schema modeling, indexing, query performance, data consistency, and practical scaling trade-offs.

Comfort owning the delivery layer: planning cycles, breaking ambiguous work into tasks, spotting risks early, and keeping teams aligned.

Strong technical judgment with AI-assisted development tools - you can use them to accelerate output, then review critically before anything ships.

Experience with caching, queues, background jobs, observability, and cloud infrastructure for high-growth products.

Experience leading delivery for client-facing products where technical decisions and communication both matter.
