Swift Resume was built for job seekers who need to move quickly without sending generic AI-written resumes. The product had to combine a guided resume builder, AI enhancement, ATS-friendly formatting, and a live A4 preview that always matched the exported document.

A resume builder only works if users trust what they see. The preview cannot be approximate, the export cannot drift, and the AI cannot flatten every candidate into the same generic voice.
Swift Resume needed to make resume writing feel fast while preserving control. Users had to customize fonts, colors, spacing, sections, and templates, then see every decision reflected instantly in an A4 document preview before downloading a PDF.
We built the product experience in Next.js around two synchronized surfaces: the structured resume editor and the live A4 preview. Every edit updates the document model first, then the preview renders from the same source of truth used for export.
The AI flow was designed as enhancement, not replacement. Instead of asking users to accept a fully generated resume blindly, the platform helps shape summaries, rewrite experience bullets, analyze weak sections, and tailor the story for a specific role.
For the marketing side, Payload CMS gives the team a manageable way to publish resume examples, resume templates, feature pages, and SEO landing content without coupling every copy change to a frontend release.
The builder supports a guided resume flow that can take users from blank page to finished resume in minutes. They can create from scratch, upload an existing resume, or import work history from LinkedIn, then refine the result with AI assistance.
The preview system renders an A4 resume in real time, including template choice, font changes, spacing, section order, and color customization. That gives users immediate feedback while keeping the final PDF export aligned with what they approved on screen.
We also shipped the content foundation around the product: ATS-friendly positioning, resume examples by role, template browsing, AI analysis messaging, customer proof, and reusable CMS-managed pages for marketing and search growth.
Swift Resume now presents itself as an AI-enhanced resume builder that helps users create a job-winning resume in three steps. The public site highlights a 5-minute creation flow, ATS-friendly templates, AI analysis, PDF export, LinkedIn import, and 20 million design options.
The technical foundation gives the product room to keep expanding: more templates, more examples, richer AI guidance, and CMS-led landing pages can be added without rebuilding the core resume editor each time.
