Before you write.
The founders, plus one or two more depending on scope. No account managers, no delegated teams. The people you meet in the first call are the people writing the code.
Fixed-scope engagements — usually 4 to 12 weeks — with a single fee quoted up front. Retainers are monthly and capped. We work on hourly basis for ongoing projects.
Yes. We’ll send ours; we’re also happy to sign yours. We treat everything we see in a brief as confidential by default.
We take on 6 engagements per year. Next opening is July 2026. Send a brief anyway — plans shift, and we’ll let you know if something sooner opens up.
It’s the default, not the option. Every engagement ends with a documented handover, a recorded walkthrough, and two weeks of availability for questions.
Rarely — and only when the other half is paid in cash. Equity alone doesn’t fund salaries. We prefer honest cash engagements.
