We are eight people, on purpose. Hiring is the most consequential thing we do, so we do it slowly. Most years we add one or two. Sometimes none. We will not grow past twelve.

The pitch is straightforward: ship real work for real teams, beside people who care more about the craft than the title. No account managers, no offshore pods, no “Q3 OKRs.” You meet the founder in week one because the founder is on your project.

If that sounds quiet, it is. The rooms are small and the work is loud.
