We’re a compact team building digital products. We need someone early in their HR career who is happy to own the operational backbone of the studio — not only policies and people moments, but the administrative work that keeps everything moving.
You’ll support recruitment end-to-end alongside leadership, help new joiners feel welcome, and nurture simple, consistent engagement rhythms as we grow.
+ WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 01Coordinate hiring: job posts, scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics.
- 02Own day-to-day studio administration — documentation, vendor or office coordination, and whatever keeps the team unblocked.
- 03Support onboarding and basic HR records with clear processes and discretion.
- 04Shape lightweight employee engagement: touchpoints, internal comms, and small rituals that fit a small studio.
- 05Flag people or compliance questions early and partner with leadership on practical resolutions.
+ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 01About 1 year of experience in HR or a closely related people-and-ops role (internships count if the work was substantive).
- 02Comfort owning administrative work without needing a separate office manager — you notice what’s missing and fix it.
- 03Clear written and spoken communication; professional, warm tone with candidates and the team.
- 04Organized and dependable — calendars, trackers, and follow-ups are second nature.
- 05Based in or willing to work full-time from Surat.
+ NICE TO HAVE
- +Experience with recruitment in tech or creative studios.
- +Familiarity with contract basics, payroll inputs, or local compliance — enough to coordinate with advisors.
